About the Client

Neutral Air Partner is the leading global network of specialized professionals in the air freight industry. Its mission is to enhance expertise in this sector and strengthen the purchasing power of air cargo throughout the entire supply chain. Through its network, the company integrates innovative solutions and specialized know-how in logistics. In 2016, Neutral Air Partner launched the first annual global OPENAP conference in Abu Dhabi, U.A.E., establishing it as a yearly event hosted at different destinations. The conference brings together top companies and industry professionals to foster strategic partnerships, growth, and recognition of outstanding achievements in air freight. In 2023, Neutral Air Partner brought the 7th AGM & OPENAP Awards to Greece, selecting NVG to organize the event at Costa Navarino.

OUR ROLE

Branding production, custom builds & awards, installations, lighting, AV, live band & DJ coordination.

OUR GOAL

Our objective was to discreetly highlight the Event, Sponsors, and Representatives throughout the ceremony, balancing the professional tone of the conference with the celebratory atmosphere of the awards.

The OPENAP event took place from May 21 to 25, 2023, at Costa Navarino in the Peloponnese, one of the Mediterranean’s most luxurious resorts.

We managed the event design, musical accompaniment by a DJ and a live violin ensemble, branding adaptations in collaboration with Neutral Air Partner’s design team, printing, installation of visuals, as well as the production of awards and stage setup. Working with selected partners for sound and lighting, we created an unforgettable experience. Neutral Air Partner gathered over 300 members and guests from around the world for an inspiring networking experience to address the major challenges shaping the air cargo logistics industry, providing a unique platform for exchanging ideas, opinions, and solutions.
