About the Client

ERGO Insurance is one of the largest providers of insurance services in the Greek market. Guided by continuous innovation, responsibility, and a human-centered approach, it offers comprehensive insurance solutions that meet the needs of the modern citizen, investing in initiatives that strengthen its connection with society.

OUR ROLE

Event marketing (in collaboration with ERGO’s PR company), Booth construction, Route branding, Special constructions, DJ, Installation, Supervision, Coordination.

OUR GOAL

To deliver a complete, tasteful, and fully functional experience for participants and visitors of the two-day Athens Classic Marathon that enhances ERGO’s corporate presence and highlights its social character. Through the creation of a themed booth, special constructions, public space branding, and DJ music management, we designed an environment of high aesthetics and functionality. With absolute coordination in installation, supervision, and execution of individual activities, we ensured the smooth running of the event and meaningful engagement with the audience, aiming to strengthen the corporate identity and social sensitivity of ERGO.

We contributed to promoting ERGO’s human image through dynamic and meaningful participation in a high-symbolism event.

At the information booths we constructed at the TAE KWON DO stadium and Zappeion, marathon participants and spectators engaged with ERGO and learned about its insurance programs. Simultaneously, they actively took part in a social contribution initiative by running on specially designed fitness tracks. For every complete “marathon” distance (42 km), ERGO donated 420 euros to SOS Children’s Villages. This initiative reinforced ERGO’s corporate social responsibility and human side.
